All of our products feature freshly milled, organic grains and in most cases, some, or all of the grains are milled onsite at the beginning of each batch. An individual wheat grain is called a wheat berry.

Did you know that fresh flour provides bread that has more flavor and is more nutritious? By using fresh flour and long fermentation, our breads are more easily digested, healthier, and more flavorful. All of our grains are organically, responsibly farmed grains that are often heirloom varieties.

Millberry Bread Co. grew out of a passion for hospitality and sharing good food. Before Covid changed the world, I was working in a James Beard-level restaurant as a Pastry Chef and loving it. After Covid, and adding two kids to the family, going back to the commercial kitchen just didn't make sense. Realizing the void that existed in this area for high-quality, FRESH bread, I made the jump to opening a cottage bakery. Building on the skills gained through culinary school and working in professional kitchens I hope to provide this community a loaf of bread you can feel good about eating. Let's break bread soon.
