These are a mashup of traditional biscuits and scones. While the opinion of what makes either 'traditional' seems to vary from baker to baker, these aim to be crumbly, but not dry thanks to the buttermilk, full of flavor, and anything but plain.

Sometimes sweet. Sometimes savory.

Bolted Organic Glenn and Warthog Red Wheat Flour, Sweet Cream Butter, Buttermilk, Whole Organic Frederick White Wheat Flour, Egg, Brown Sugar (Cane Sugar, Sorghum), Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda.
