If you're not familiar with chocolate bread, you should really check this out. This loaf features NC-made chocolate from French Broad Chocolates in Asheville and Videri Chocolate Factory in Raleigh on top of NC-grown Rye. Great on its own, or toasted with honey-pecan cream cheese, peanut butter, or hazelnut spread, this bread would also make a killer bread pudding.
