This bread is truly a breakfast bread. The freshly-rolled oats are toasted, rolled in-house, soaked overnight, and then folded into a honey-sweetened part-spelt bread. What results is a moist, yet light bread that is great fresh, but even better toasted. Use it for a breakfast sandwich, French Toast, or just as an accompaniment to a breakfast of champions. It would also make a pretty awesome chicken salad sandwich too.
