This bread is truly a breakfast bread. The freshly-rolled oats are toasted in butter then cooked until tender. This porridge is then folded into the part-whole bread base. Slighty sweetened from honey, the bread is really moist but still light. The bread is great sliced and eaten fresh, but toasting it and slathering with butter is next level.
